You should be able to do basic OBD2 diagnostic with provided cable.
However, I think what you are asking is, if you can read MB module information.
For this, you have to use different connector, which is in the fuse box under the hood.
Its a large round connector.
The only way I know how it can work, is you need to buy MB adapter from ds708 system and
different autel cable to connect md802 with the MB adapter. I have both of these items and
verified that it works great on 2000/2001 MB e320. I am able to read all native MB modules.
